  1. Referendum to change the constitution and elect one Member of Parliament per Parish 

  2. Free internet access in all Community Centres using the Universal Access Fund now. 

  3. Deregulation of NWC so each parish can manage its own water distribution and sell it to other parishes to facilitate efficient water supply to all communities in each parish. 

  4. Each member of the Jamaica Constabulary Force will receive a Motor Car to improve Community and Tourism Policing. 

  5. Lobby for a two year moratorium on loan re-payments to IMF and other loner agents. 

  6. No tax on tools of trade for musicians, hotel and attraction workers.

  7. The North Coast Highway from Sangster International Airport, St. James to Ian Flaming International Airport, St. Mary will be  officially named the Bob Marley Highway

  8. Abolish all visa restrictions for travel to England "head of Jamaican State" or request that the Governor General and his workers pack their bags and go and live in England 

  9. Jamaican hotel workers must receive equal pay for equal work as dictated globally 

  10. All funds of the people will be managed by a reputable local and international accounting firm

    The People must govern

All national groups must have equal rights

The people must share in the country’s wealth.

The land must share among those who work it.

All must be equal before the law.

All must enjoy equal human rights.

There must be work and security.

The doors of learning and culture must be open.

There must be houses, security and comfort.

There must be peace and friendship.
